Shipping policy

FREE standard shipping on orders over $125 CAD within Canada.

We ship all orders via Canada Post, Purolator or UPS. Shipping time estimates are displayed at checkout but are not guaranteed. We try to fulfill orders within 2 business days but may require up to 5 business days during busy times. Processing time is not included in shipping time.

MCO Goods will not be responsible for lost/stolen parcels after they have been scanned as delivered. We will consider a package lost if it has not arrived within 6 weeks from the shipping date (as per Canada Post Guidelines). Once a package has been deemed lost, we will open a ticket with the shipping provider and communicate updates with the customer as we receive them. We cannot be held responsible for packages once they have been handed over to the shipping carrier.
